Our official website fixchsports.com only does not serve purchases. Purchases in Indonesia can be made from FIXCH Official Stores or Authorized Resellers. Product prices displayed on the website are in local currency (IDR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) info@fixchsports.com.
RETURN Defective product
If there is a defect or discrepancy with the order made, returning are allowed within 1x 24 hours after receiving the product or follow the policies of each e-commerce platform to file a complaint. If the claim is justified, we will arrange an exchange or refund. The cost of shipping a Defect Based Return will be borne by FIXCH.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We do not provide refunds for products that do NOT have manufacturing defects. Size exchange can only be done within one (1) of the same size range and Model ordered. If the requested Model/Size is not available, FIXCH reserves the right to offer another Model at the same retail price. The cost of shipping Exchange Based Returns will be borne by the Customer.
